5 organizations with resources to help you care for your loved one
Caring for someone living with a chronic health condition is one of the most meaningful acts of kindness we can perform. If you’re a caregiver, you may be unsure whether you’re giving too much help or too little in fact, many others feel the same way! We conducted a survey of hundreds of caregivers and only about one-third of them said they feel confident they’re providing the right amount of support. Fortunately, there are many free resources and tools available to help support you as you care for your loved one. To start, here are 5 organizations* that offer a wide range of information and resources for caregivers.

Caregiver Action Network - Offers videos, checklists, and fact sheets on dozens of issues from navigating Medicare to tracking symptoms, as well as an online discussion forum.
